Lot 28: Wessex Mint Most Famous Bullion .999 Fine Gold 1/1000th oz Bar

A contemporary gold bullion bar produced by the Wessex Mint, of rectangular form with a struck maple leaf motif. The obverse is inscribed MAPLE LEAF, WESSEX MINT, 1/1000TH OZ FINE GOLD, and 999/1000, and bears a circular logo containing the letters PM and three spiral motifs. The bar is presented within its original black printed card holder and a matching black cardboard slipcase. Both the card and slipcase are printed with the text WESSEX MINT, MOST FAMOUS BULLION, and MAPLE LEAF, and feature a large stylised graphic of a maple leaf. No other marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the bar or its packaging.
