The struck legend reads TERCENTENARY OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS with the dates 1689 and 1989. The obverse features the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, which is obscured by the packaging. The coin is housed within a circular aperture of a printed card presentation folder featuring stylized watercolour illustrations and historical text. The folder is inscribed THE 1989 UNITED KINGDOM BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED BILL OF RIGHTS £2 COIN and TO CELEBRATE THE TERCENTENARY OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS. The ROYAL MINT name appears in script on the lower front cover of the folder. No other maker’s marks or signatures are visible.

Condition report:

The coin shows sharp struck details and original mint lustre consistent with a brilliant uncirculated issue. The reverse exhibits no significant contact marks or environmental tarnish. The obverse remains obscured by the card housing. The original presentation folder is complete and shows only minor signs of handling and shelf wear to the edges.
