Lot 317: Two Metal Deer Brooches, one set with rhinestones
This lot comprises two metal brooches in the form of deer. The first brooch depicts a leaping fawn or doe with a polished yellow finish. The second brooch, constructed from white metal, is designed as a standing stag or reindeer with the body pavé-set with multiple round, brilliant-cut clear rhinestones. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items.
Condition report:
The brooches show signs of minor surface wear (photo 1). All rhinestones appear to be present and securely set in the white metal brooch (photo 1). Minor surface scratches are visible on the polished areas of both items (photo 1).
