A privately minted bullion round struck in .999 fine copper. The obverse displays a profile depiction of a Single Action Army revolver. Struck inscriptions in the fields and along the circumference read COLT 45, PRODUCTION 1873-∞, and SINGLE ACTION ARMY. The reverse features a central heraldic eagle motif with a breast shield, clutching an olive branch and three arrows. Struck legends along the rim read COPPER .999 FINE, USA, and ONE A.V.D.P OUNCE. The edge is reeded. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The obverse exhibits original copper lustre with scattered minor surface nicks and contact marks, primarily in the fields. The reverse shows similar lustre with light surface abrasions. Occasional small rim dings are present on both faces. The round is not contained within a protective capsule or original packaging.
