A UK 2016 £5 Brilliant Uncirculated coin, commemorating the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II, presented in its original illustrated card folder. The reverse of the coin features a central EIIR cypher positioned above the numerals 90, encircled by a decorative wreath comprising nine roses. The coin is mounted within a white card folder displaying a photographic portrait of the Queen and printed text. The reverse of the coin bears the struck inscription EIIR 90. The packaging is printed with the legend THE ROYAL MINT, THE 90TH BIRTHDAY OF HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN, 2016 UK £5 BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED COIN, and the trademarked phrase TREASURE FOR LIFE. No hallmarks or fineness stamps are visible on the coin or its packaging.
Condition report:
The coin shows no visible signs of circulation, contact marks, or surface tarnish (photo 1). The illustrated card presentation folder remains in excellent condition with sharp corners and no visible creasing or staining (photo 1). The coin is supplied in its original Royal Mint card packaging.
