A 5 avoirdupois ounce .999 fine copper bullion round from the Cityscapes series by TBL Mint. The obverse features a relief depiction of the Toronto skyline, including the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, set against a colourised background design of the Canadian flag with a central red maple leaf. The reverse displays a multi-layered stylised cityscape. The reverse bears three impressed inscriptions: a vertical text reading CITYSCAPES to the left, and specifications to the right reading 5 AVDP OUNCES, 999 COPPER, and TBL MINT. The round is housed in a clear protective plastic capsule and displays high-relief details with mirror-like fields.
Total: 5 avoirdupois ounces (approximately 4.56 oz t or 141.75g) .999 fine copper.
Condition report:
The copper round is in brilliant uncirculated condition with sharp relief and no visible handling marks, oxidation, or toning (photos 1, 2). The clear protective plastic capsule exhibits minor surface abrasions and some fraying to the plastic edge at the top (photo 1).
