Lot 24: A Collection of Benchmark Strategic Metals .999 Fine Silver 1 Grain Bars
A collection of individual bullion units, each comprising a 1 grain bar of .999 fine silver. The bars are produced by the private refiner Benchmark Strategic Metals. Each bar is housed within a sealed plastic assay card which serves as a certificate of authenticity. The collection includes two distinct packaging designs: cards featuring an orange and silver graphic with a Statue of Liberty motif, and cards featuring a black background with a blue butterfly graphic and a Statue of Liberty motif. Every assay card is printed with the text BENCHMARK STRATEGIC METALS, Certificate of Authenticity, IN GOD WE TRUST, .999 FINE SILVER, and 1 GRAIN. The bottom of each card displays the logo for the JVC JEWELERS VIGILANCE COMMITTEE along with the text Proud Member and 100 Years of Ethics. Integrity. Compliance. Each silver bar is stamped with the characters 1, Grain, 999, and Ag.

Condition report:
The silver bars appear to be in excellent condition with no visible signs of toning, tarnishing, or surface defects (photo 1). The protective plastic assay cards remain fully sealed and intact. There is minor surface scuffing and light handling marks visible on the exterior plastic packaging, consistent with handling, but no cracks or structural failures are present (photo 2).
