A United Kingdom cupro-nickel 50 pence coin issued as part of the London 2012 sports collection. The reverse design features a depiction of a goalball athlete below the official London 2012 Paralympic Games logo and the denomination 50 PENCE. The coin is presented in its original orange and purple graphic presentation card. The card is printed with the title London 2012 sports collection and the sport name Goalball in a stylized blue typeface. A printed multicoloured logo for the london 2012 Paralympic Games is present in the lower right corner of the card.
Condition report:
The coin is in brilliant uncirculated condition, exhibiting high original strike lustre and no visible surface marks or wear to the fields or relief. The presentation card is in excellent condition with sharp corners and no visible creasing, staining, or edge wear (photo 1).
