Issued by The Royal Mint to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the death of Sir Winston Churchill. Struck in fine silver, the coin features a reverse design by Etienne Millner based on the 1941 Yousuf Karsh photograph of Churchill, with the name CHURCHILL inscribed along the lower rim. The obverse displays the fourth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley FRBS, with the circumscript legend ELIZABETH II D G REG F D 20 POUNDS 2015. The coin is housed in its original Royal Mint illustrated presentation card and protective plastic sleeve.

The coin appears in Brilliant Uncirculated condition with full original mint lustre and no evident contact marks or oxidation. The original card packaging is present but displays a notable horizontal crease across the reverse side.
