The obverse features a vertical inscription reading FLAMINGO positioned beside a depiction of a flamingo. The centre displays the Wessex Mint logo, comprising a circular border enclosing the characters PM above a triskelion symbol, followed by the text Wessex Mint. The lower section of the bar is inscribed with the weight 1 GRAM and the purity 999 FINE SILVER. The item is struck in solid .999 fine silver.

Condition report:
The bar exhibits significant signs of wear and handling, including heavy scratches across the face and noticeable dark toning and tarnish. A clear protective film remains on the surface but is peeling away at the bottom right corner.
