A 2024 Australian 1 Dollar silver bullion coin issued by the Perth Mint as part of the Chinese Myths and Legends series. Struck in .9999 fine silver, the reverse features a colourised design of the Four Auspicious Beasts—the Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermillion Bird, and Black Tortoise—composed around a central landscape of mountains and clouds. The design includes the P125 mint mark, commemorating the 125th anniversary of the Perth Mint. The obverse features the left-facing effigy of King Charles III with the inscriptions CHARLES III, AUSTRALIA, 1 DOLLAR, and 1oz 9999 Ag.
Weight: 1 oz (31.1 grams).
Condition report:
Uncirculated condition. The coin exhibits sharp strikes and original mint lustre in the silver fields. The colour application is intact, vibrant, and shows no signs of loss or fading. Housed in a clear protective plastic capsule with no visible surface marks, wear, or toning to the coin.
