A United Kingdom 1977 commemorative silver crown piece struck by the Royal Mint to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. Struck in proof quality, the obverse features an equestrian portrait of the Queen facing left with the legend ELIZABETH II DG REG FD 1977. The reverse depicts a central crown within a floral wreath of rose, thistle, shamrock, and leek. The coin is composed of sterling silver and is housed in a clear protective plastic capsule. It is presented in its original blue Royal Mint case with a red velvet-lined interior and includes the original printed information card.
