The lower portion includes a rectangular border containing a circular mark with a stylised letter M, alongside the text MELTER ASSAYER. The piece is composed of .9999 fine silver.

Condition report:
The bar exhibits significant milk spotting, appearing as white oxidation patches on the obverse face, primarily located in the upper and lower right sections. There are light surface scratches and minor handling marks visible to the edges and flat surfaces.
