The reverse design comprises a stylized depiction of an archer’s hand drawing a bowstring with an arrow, the London 2012 Paralympic logo, and the denomination 50 PENCE. The obverse features the fourth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin was minted in 2011 in preparation for the 2012 games.
