A large Armitage Shanks Belfast-style sink constructed from glazed white fireclay. The rectangular basin features rounded internal corners and a deep profile. It incorporates an integrated rectangular weir overflow situated on the rear internal wall. Centrally positioned at the base is a drainage aperture fitted with a weathered metal assembly. The maker mark for Armitage Shanks is visible on the rear wall below the overflow.
Condition report:
The sink is in an unrestored, heavily used condition. Significant surface grime, dirt, and rust-coloured staining are present across all surfaces. The glaze on the front face and interior shows extensive scuffing, scratching, and mineral buildup. The metal drainage hardware is heavily oxidised. No structural cracks or significant losses were observed, though a full assessment would require thorough cleaning.
