UK 1989 sterling silver proof one pound coin. Produced by the Royal Mint, Llantrisant. The reverse features the Welsh heraldic emblem of a leek enfiled by a royal diadem, a design by Leslie Durbin, with the denomination ONE POUND inscribed at the upper rim. The obverse features the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Struck in .925 sterling silver, the coin displays a proof finish with mirrored fields and frosted relief details. Presented in the original Royal Mint blue textured case with a velvet-lined interior and includes the descriptive informational card.

Condition report:
Uncirculated proof condition as issued. The coin is housed within a clear protective capsule. There are no visible signs of toning, spotting, or handling marks. The original presentation box and card remain in excellent condition.
