This US 1890 Morgan silver dollar was struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The coin is composed of .900 fine silver. The obverse features the Liberty Head design type, and the reverse displays the heraldic eagle design. There is no mint mark present on the reverse, identifying it as a Philadelphia issue. The edge of the coin is reeded.
Condition report:
Circulated. The coin exhibits moderate wear across the high points of the design, specifically visible on the hair lines above Liberty\'s ear and the feathers of the eagle\'s breast. There is significant dark toning and tarnish, primarily located around the peripheries and within the recessed fields of the legends. The surfaces show various contact marks and light scratches consistent with a Very Fine to Extremely Fine grade.
