This Royal Mint issue comprises a brilliant uncirculated collection of coins for the British Overseas Territories of St Helena and Ascension Island, dated 1984. The set includes denominations of One Pound, Fifty Pence, Ten Pence, Five Pence, Two Pence, and One Penny. Each coin features a reverse design depicting indigenous flora or fauna: the pound coin depicts a Sooty Tern; the heptagonal fifty pence piece shows a green sea turtle; the ten pence coin displays an Arum lily; the five pence coin features an albatross; the two pence coin depicts a donkey; and the one penny coin shows a flying fish. The collection is housed in its original blue and white illustrated card presentation folder, which contains an integrated informational insert providing geographical and historical details of the islands. The Royal Mint logo and the title of the collection are printed on the folder.

The coins are in brilliant uncirculated condition with original mint lustre and no visible handling marks. The card presentation folder exhibits minor shelf wear and light creasing to the edges.
