Coins, Gold & Silver Bullion Auction
A 1997 United Kingdom silver proof two pound coin issued by the Royal Mint. The coin is struck in .925 sterling silver with a gold-plated outer ring. The reverse features the Technological Development design type by Bruce Rushin, and the obverse features the third definitive portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael Maklouf. The coin is housed in its original clear protective capsule and presented in a red velvet-lined presentation box with the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity.
Condition report:
Proof condition. The coin displays mirrored fields and frosted devices with no visible signs of wear, handling marks, or toning. The presentation box and certificate are in good condition.
