A Sheffield United F.C. club-branded size 5 football, featuring multiple hand-signed autographs in black ink. The ball is constructed with white synthetic panels featuring a repeating Sheffield United text pattern and red panels bearing the official club crest. The crest consists of a red outer ring with the text Sheffield United F.C. 1889 surrounding a central motif of two crossed scimitars and the White Rose of York. One panel is marked Official in large red lettering with Size & Weight below. The ball features several signatures, including a prominent autograph for Carl Veart, who played for the club between 1994 and 1997. Other signatures are present but are less legible due to varying degrees of fading. The item is sold without a certificate of authenticity.
Condition report:
The football is in a deflated state. The surface shows signs of light age-related wear, including minor scuffing and light discolouration to the white panels. The ink in the signatures shows varying degrees of boldness and fading.
