This is a 2024 United Kingdom Britannia 1/2 ounce silver bullion coin produced by The Royal Mint. The obverse features the uncrowned profile portrait of King Charles III facing left, designed by Martin Jennings, with the surrounding inscription CHARLES III · D · G · REX · F · D · 1 POUND. The reverse displays the iconic standing figure of Britannia holding a trident and shield, as designed by Philip Nathan, with the inscription BRITANNIA 2024 1/2 OZ 999 FINE SILVER. The name NATHAN is inscribed below the figure’s feet. This issue includes several advanced security features: a latent image circle that changes between a trident and a padlock, surface animation in the background wave pattern, and micro-text along the inner border reading DECUS ET TUTAMEN.

Condition report:
The coin is in bullion condition and shows visible signs of handling. There are fine scattered surface scratches on the raised portions of the King\'s portrait and the Britannia figure. Minor toning and light spotting are present within the fields. The reeded edge remains sharp and intact.
