A silver-plated base metal commemorative medal issued to mark the life of Queen Elizabeth II (1926–2022). The obverse displays a portrait of the Queen in formal attire with a tiara and necklace, encircled by the legend HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II and the dates 1926 – 2022. The reverse features a central EIIR Royal Cypher surmounted by a crown, with a repeated border inscription HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II. The piece is struck with a proof-like finish featuring mirrored fields and frosted relief. It is presented in a clear plastic capsule mounted within a purple decorative display card. The reverse of the card provides printed specifications and bears barcode 5 056285 177604.
