Estimated price: £30 - £50

Buyer's Premium:

An eRC Micro Warbird Series radio-controlled model airplane, depicting a Supermarine Spitfire in Royal Air Force livery. The aircraft is constructed from lightweight moulded foam with a plastic propeller, spinner, and landing gear components. It features a 3-channel proportional control system for throttle, aileron, and elevator functions, operating on a 2.4 GHz frequency. The model is powered by a geared brushed motor designed for use with a single-cell lithium polymer battery.

The airframe is finished in a camouflage pattern with ZD-B squadron markings and RAF roundels. The lot includes the original matching eRC 2.4 GHz transmitter and the instruction manual. The items are presented in the original custom-moulded polystyrene internal tray and retail cardboard box. A factory label on the box front specifies that this version includes a flight battery but does not include a model stand.

Wingspan: 14 5/8 inches (372 mm)
Length: 13 inches (328 mm)
Flying weight: 1.10 oz (31 g).

Condition report:

The aircraft appears to be in good physical condition with the foam airframe intact and no visible signs of repair or structural damage. The original retail box shows moderate shelf wear, including crushing to corners and edges, and several tape marks. There is a handwritten note in black ink on the inner cardboard flap reading: only Aileron. The internal electronics and the condition of the lithium polymer battery are untested and functionality is not guaranteed. The item is sold as seen.
