The reverse, designed by Justin Lathbe, depicts a Paralympic athlete in a wheelchair playing the sport of Boccia, with the London 2012 Paralympic logo at the top and the denomination 50 PENCE at the base. The obverse features the fourth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley. The coin is housed in its original official presentation card featuring vibrant orange and purple graphics and the sport name Boccia.

Condition report:
The coin is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition with full original lustre and no visible wear. The original presentation card has a significant vertical crease extending from the top edge to the coin blister, along with minor edge wear and blunting to the corners.
