A vintage silver dress ring featuring a crossover or bypass design. The head of the ring terminates in three floral-style clusters, which are bead-set with rose-cut marcasite stones. The shoulders of the band are also accented with small marcasite settings. The ring is constructed from silver. A rectangular mark is visible on the interior of the shank, although it is not clearly legible. The design is executed in the Art Deco style, displaying geometric floral motifs and a fluid, asymmetrical bypass shank.
Condition report:
The ring exhibits signs of age and wear consistent with use. Significant oxidation and tarnish are present across the silver surfaces. Close inspection suggests that several small marcasite stones are missing from the settings. The shank shows surface scratches and minor abrasions.
