A novelty 925 silver necklace featuring a detailed miniature miner’s safety lamp pendant. The pendant is modelled in the style of a traditional Davy lamp, including a suspension hook detail. It is suspended from a fine silver snake chain. The necklace is secured with a lobster claw clasp. A small circular tag attached near the clasp is stamped with 925. The interior base of the lamp pendant is incised with the word SILVER.
Condition report:
The item is in good used condition. There is visible tarnish and oxidation present within the recesses of the lamp pendant and on its underside, consistent with age and use.
