A 2016 United Kingdom 50 pound fine silver commemorative coin, issued by The Royal Mint to mark the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare. Struck in .999 fine silver with a brilliant uncirculated finish, this specimen is the second coin in the Royal Mint 50 pound fine silver series. The obverse displays the fifth definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark, with the legend ELIZABETH II D G REG F D 50 POUNDS. The reverse design is attributed to John Bergdahl. The coin is presented in its original illustrated Royal Mint card packaging, which provides technical specifications and is produced in collaboration with the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.

Condition report:
The coin appears to be in brilliant uncirculated condition as issued, protected within its original housing. The card presentation pack shows minor signs of shelf wear and light handling, including slight creasing and wear to the edges and corners.
