A collection of international paper banknotes from various issuers and eras, primarily dating from the mid-20th century. The assembly includes a Bulgarian 10 Leva note in reddish-brown featuring a portrait of Georgi Dimitrov and a 1951 Bulgarian 50 Leva note depicting a woman with a basket of roses. South Korean currency is represented by multiple blue 10 Jeon notes issued by The Bank of Korea. A 1978 Yugoslavian 50 Dinara note is present in blue and green with serial number AE 6441762, featuring a soldier’s monument. Indonesian issues include a 1 Satu Sen and a 5 Lima Rupiah note. Also included is a Fifty Cents reddish-brown note issued by the Japanese Government as occupation currency. The notes feature detailed intaglio printing with complex guilloché patterns and varied security backgrounds.
Condition report:
The notes exhibit a range of conditions from circulated to potentially uncirculated. Some examples show soft vertical and horizontal folds, minor corner wear, and slight edge toning, while others appear crisp with sharp corners and bright colours. No professional grading or third-party slabs are present.
