The pan is fitted with a tall, arched wrought iron bow handle which incorporates a central swivel hanging hook, designed for use over an open fire or range. The handle displays an embossed oval mark with the letters KENRICK positioned above 13 IN, denoting the maker and the diameter. The pan is made of heavy-gauge cast iron and exhibits a traditional design used in historical kitchens for baking flatbreads.
