A 1998 United Kingdom commemorative Five Pound crown issued by the Royal Mint to celebrate the 50th birthday of HRH The Prince of Wales. The cupro-nickel coin is presented in its original Royal Mint illustrative presentation folder. The obverse features a portrait of the Prince of Wales, surrounded by the legend FIFTIETH BIRTHDAY OF H.R.H. THE PRINCE OF WALES and the dates 1948 FIVE POUNDS 1998. The presentation folder displays the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales, consisting of three ostrich feathers passing through a coronet with the German motto ICH DIEN (I serve), along with printed technical specifications and biographical information.

The coin is in brilliant uncirculated condition, retaining original mint luster with no visible wear or contact marks. The original presentation folder is in good condition with only minor shelf wear to the edges.
