This 1 gram silver bullion bar was produced by the Wessex Mint, a private refiner in the United Kingdom, and was originally issued as part of the Silver Savers series. Struck from .999 fine silver, the rectangular bar obverse features a depiction of St. George and the Dragon alongside a vertical row of four symbols representing the floral emblems of the United Kingdom: a shamrock, a thistle, a daffodil, and a rose. Below a horizontal dividing line, the bar bears a circular maker’s mark containing the letters P and M, followed by the inscribed text Wessex Mint, 1 GRAM, and 999 FINE SILVER.

Condition report:
The bar shows evidence of heavy surface wear consistent with handling, including numerous fine scratches and significant dark toning across the front face. No serial number or assay marks are present on the visible side.
