Below this, the bar is marked with its weight 1 g and the metal type fine silver, followed by the purity 999,0. At the base, a rectangular assay mark features a circular CHI logo and the words ESSAYEUR FONDEUR. The bar has a matte, granular surface texture typical of small cast or stamped bullion pieces, with slightly rounded corners. No serial number is visible on this side of the bar.
