Lot 77: An Assortment of Vintage Photographic and Industrial Lighting Components
This lot comprises a collection of vintage lighting equipment and photographic accessories. The primary items include two spun aluminium conical reflector shades, each fitted with an integral lamp socket. One socket features a brass-toned threaded fitting. The assortment includes several lengths of black PVC-insulated electrical flex, with one cord featuring a white hanging loop. Also present is a wooden photographic accessory, possibly a plate holder or negative carrier, and a white rectangular plate contained within a worn red-edged cardboard box. Stamped text is visible on the neck of one reflector reading MADE IN followed by characters that are not clearly legible.
Condition report:
The items are in a used, vintage condition. The aluminium reflectors show surface scuffs, scratches, and minor indentations consistent with age and industrial or studio use. The wooden component and cardboard packaging show significant wear, dust, and age-related deterioration. All electrical components are vintage and sold as untested; the wiring must be inspected, tested, and likely replaced by a qualified electrician before any attempt at use.
