The coin is struck in .925 sterling silver and features the Public Libraries commemorative reverse. It is presented in its original Royal Mint green leatherette case with a velvet-lined interior and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. The obverse features the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
