Buyer's Premium:

This set of US coins is a 1964 year set presented in a clear acrylic block. The group includes a Kennedy half dollar, a Washington quarter, a Roosevelt dime, a Jefferson nickel, and a Lincoln memorial cent. The half dollar, quarter, and dime are composed of 90% silver, representing the final year that this silver fineness was used for circulating coinage in the US. The coins are permanently embedded within a transparent, rectangular acrylic presentation block. The obverses show standard portraits of Kennedy, Washington, Roosevelt, Jefferson, and Lincoln, while the reverses feature the Presidential Seal, an eagle, a torch flanked by branches, the Monticello estate, and the Lincoln Memorial. No mint marks are clearly distinguishable.

Condition report:

The coins appear uncirculated but show heavy environmental toning and surface oxidation, presenting as dark grey and black discolouration, particularly on the silver-composition pieces. The acrylic block exhibits minor surface scuffs, scratches, and some internal clouding.
