A 925 silver cocktail ring featuring a central marquise-cut light blue gemstone. The stone is held within a four-claw setting, raised above decorative split shoulders that taper into a solid, plain band. The gemstone exhibits a pale blue hue, characteristic of sky blue topaz or light aquamarine. Small, partially obscured marks are present on the interior of the shank, consistent with the 925 silver composition.

The ring is in used condition with heavy surface tarnish and oxidation throughout the silver setting, particularly concentrated in the recessed areas of the shoulders.
