This lot consists of a trio of framed decorative items. Included are two reproduction landscape prints after famous Impressionist works by Claude Monet. One print depicts Les Coquelicots (Poppies) at Argenteuil, featuring figures walking through a red poppy field. The second print shows a similar landscape with tall poplar trees and a field of red flowers. Both prints are housed in matching modern mahogany-finished wooden frames with thin, gilt-effect inner fillets and are presented behind glass with wide, double-layered card mounts in tan and cream. The lot also includes a rectangular wall mirror with a decorative wooden frame featuring a printed floral chintz-style pattern in shades of pink, blue, and green, bordered by thin gilt-effect lines. The mirror plate is clear and bright.
Condition report:
The items are in good decorative condition, showing only minor age-related wear to the wooden frame finishes. The glazing on both prints and the mirror plate are intact, with no significant foxing or loss of silvering visible.
