A footed bowl of circular form, crafted from clear colourless glass. The piece features an all-over crackle or ice glass texture, a decorative effect achieved by immersing the hot-blown glass into cold water during production and then reheating it to fuse the surface. The bowl has a smooth, rounded rim and sits on a low, integral ring foot. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the base or body of the piece. The design and technique are consistent with mid-20th-century art glass production.
Condition report:
The bowl is in good condition overall. There are no apparent chips, flakes, or unintended cracks visible. The intentional crackle texture is consistent throughout the body.
