Buyer's Premium:

A collection of banknotes from the Republic of Belarus, dating from the 1992 series. The group comprises multiple 1000 Rubles notes, 100 Rubles notes, and a 25 Rubles note. The 1000 Rubles notes depict the building of the National Academy of Sciences in Minsk on the obverse. These notes feature a multi-coloured pastel background with intricate security patterns and include several sequential serial numbers with the prefix KA. The 100 Rubles notes feature a vignette of a European bison, or zubr, and are printed in brown and pink tones. This denomination includes notes with sequential serial numbers bearing the prefix АЯ. The 25 Rubles note is printed in reddish-brown and features a moose in a woodland landscape with the serial prefix АО. Text on the notes is in Belarusian, including denominations ТЫСЯЧА РУБЛЁЎ, СТО РУБЛЁЎ, and ДВАЦЦАЦЬ ПЯЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ. All notes exhibit characteristics of the early post-Soviet transitional currency of Belarus, issued before the 2000 redenomination.
