A collection of official postage stamp presentation packs produced by St. Vincent Philatelic Services (SVPS) at the General Post Office, St. Vincent, West Indies. The group comprises multiple folders titled Special Postage Stamp Issue and Official Presentation Pack. The items contain mint never hinged stamps secured within clear mounts. Identifiable issues include the Sport for All Olympic-themed set with denominations of 10c, 60c, 80c, and $2.50, as well as the Carnival 1987 issue. The cover designs feature various historical iterations of the St. Vincent flag, including the colonial Blue Ensign, the 1979-1985 independence flag featuring the national coat of arms, and the post-1985 flag with three green diamonds. The SVPS logo and the national motto Pax et Justitia are visible on multiple packs.
Condition report:
The stamps are in mint never hinged (MNH) condition with full original gum. Centring on the visible stamps is generally good. The presentation folders remain in good overall condition with only minor evidence of handling at the edges; there is no significant evidence of toning, foxing, or creasing.
