The assortment includes several titles from a stylistically consistent series characterised by scenic photography and decorative gold-toned cartouches. Visible titles in this group include Merrie England, Bolero! A Spanish Serenade, The Rustle of Spring – My Scandinavian Rhapsody, From Bohemia’s Fields and Forests, and a partially visible Hungarian Rhapsody. Also included is Eric Robinson’s World of Film Music, featuring a filmstrip-bordered cover with a night-time photograph of city cinema fronts including the Empire and Ritz. The sleeves utilise a variety of thematic imagery including landscape photography of mountains and meadows, traditional carriage scenes, and historical architecture. Condition report:
The record sleeves show signs of age and handling, including scuffing to the edges and minor bumping at the corners. Light surface wear and reflective marks are visible on the glossy sleeve finishes. The condition of the vinyl discs and the presence of inner sleeves have not been verified.
