A vintage sterling silver commemorative ingot pendant of rectangular form with a polished finish by Carrs of Sheffield Ltd. The pendant features a heavy suspension loop and is struck on the front face with a vertical sequence of five large-format British hallmarks. The hallmarks include the maker’s mark RC for Carrs of Sheffield Ltd (Ronald Carr), the rose emblem for the Sheffield Assay Office, the lion passant for sterling silver (.925 fineness), the date letter c for 1977, and the commemorative mark featuring the profile portrait of Queen Elizabeth II for the 1977 Silver Jubilee.
