The obverse is struck with the refiner name GEIGER EDELMETALLE above a central depiction of the Schloss Güldengossa manor house, the headquarters of the mint. Below the image is the inscription SCHLOSS GÜLDENGOSSA. The bottom edge is stamped with the weight and purity mark 5g FEINSILBER 999. The bar features a serrated edge. No serial number is visible on this face and it is presented without original packaging.

Condition report:
The bar exhibits surface toning and minor signs of handling consistent with its age and lack of packaging. Darker oxidisation is visible within the recessed areas of the lettering and central design. No major scratches or dents are apparent.
