Condition report:
Both items are in used vintage condition. The Record plane and its associated steel cutters show signs of surface oxidisation and rust. There is significant chipping and wear to the red-painted finish on the plane body. The wooden handle, knob, and storage box show surface scuffs, wear, and age-related marking. The instructional manual is heavily worn, creased, and stained. The Eclipse vice displays surface patina and areas of light corrosion consistent with age and workshop use.
