Buyer's Premium:

This collection of automobilia includes several framed decorative items and a wall-mounted weather station. The assortment features two silver-toned metal technical plates mounted on textured brown fabric within light wood frames: one depicts a 1928 Bugatti Type 43 with printed specifications detailing its eight-cylinder engine and suspension, and the other illustrates a 1908 Lanchester 20 HP, bearing the signature G. Deffroy in the lower right. Also included are two metal etchings: a copper-toned depiction of a 1914 Ford Model T Touring with text referencing the National Motor Museum Beaulieu, and a gold-toned etching of a 1924 Bullnose Morris in a landscape setting. A smaller copper-toned etching on a black ground shows an early open-top touring car. Two colour prints are present, depicting a green and white 1907 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost and a green 1910 Renault 20 CV town car. The lot is completed by a wall-mounted wooden-cased weather station featuring a circular barometer dial with atmospheric markings from Stormy to Very Dry, and a spirit thermometer with a metal scale showing both Fahrenheit (10 to 120) and Celsius (-10 to 50) increments.

Condition report:

The items are in good vintage condition overall. The wooden frames, particularly those housing the Bugatti and Lanchester plates, show minor surface scuffs and wear commensurate with age. The metal etchings and plates appear well-preserved with no significant oxidation or scratching. The glass on the framed items and the barometer dial is intact.
