This lot comprises two female figurines in the Art Deco style, resembling the work of Giuseppe Armani for Florence or Amilcare Santini. The first figure depicts a dancer in a dynamic pose, wearing a flowing, voluminous dress finished in graded tones of pale blue and pink. This figurine is mounted on a square, dark-toned wooden plinth. The second figure represents a standing elegant woman in 1920s-style evening attire, featuring a textured cream cross-over bodice, a long black skirt, a feathered headdress, and a long, draped shawl. This figure is set on an integral circular cream-coloured base. Both items are constructed from cold-cast resin or a similar composite material, with a matte painted finish designed to simulate the appearance of bisque porcelain. No factory marks, signatures, or model numbers are visible on either piece.
Standing figure: 30 cm height
Dancing figure: 26 cm height.
Condition report:
Both figurines appear to be in good overall condition. A small dark surface mark is visible on the left upper arm of the standing figure. No significant chips, cracks, or professional repairs are evident from the photographs.
