A heavy hand-formed art glass vase featuring a twisted sculptural design. The piece is constructed with thick walls that flare from a rounded triangular base into a wide three-lobed rim with an irregular ruffled edge. The clear glass body incorporates internal ribbons of pink and light violet colour, which are most concentrated and vibrant towards the rim. The fluid, organic form is in the style of mid-century modern European glass and bears a strong resemblance to the Swing pattern by Mikasa. No acid-etched signatures, embossed marks, or maker’s stamps are visible on the body or base. A small, plain white rectangular label is present on the interior base.
Condition report:
The vase is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor surface dust and fingerprints consistent with handling are present. The adhesive label on the interior base remains intact.
