Buyer's Premium:

A trio of United Kingdom one-pound (£1) coins, each housed in its original Royal Mint Brilliant Uncirculated presentation folder. The collection includes issues from 1987, 1988, and 1997. Each coin is struck in nickel-brass. The obverses display the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael Maklouf, inscribed with ELIZABETH II D G REG F D and the respective year. The reverse of the 1987 coin depicts an oak tree within a coronet; the 1988 coin features the crowned Royal Shield of Arms; and the 1997 England’s Lions coin shows three lions passant guardant. All three coins feature milled edges with the incuse inscription DECUS ET TUTAMEN. The accompanying presentation folders include historical information and technical specifications for each release.
