The obverse features a raised relief depiction of an Uzi submachine gun, a weapon designed by Major Uziel Gal and manufactured by Israel Military Industries. To the left is an embossed Star of David, and to the right, the characters UZI are oriented vertically. The design is set against a textured, darkened background for contrast. The reverse features four raised skull and crossbones motifs, one in each corner, which is a design characteristic attributed to the Mother Lode Mint. Centrally, the bar is stamped with the weight and purity.
