This collection consists of ten vintage model cars from the Matchbox Models of Yesteryear series, manufactured by Lesney Products and Co Ltd in London, England. Each model is constructed from die-cast metal with additional plastic components for interior details, wheels, and windscreens. The set includes the following specific models as identified by the box labels: Y-1 1936 Jaguar SS100 in teal; Y-3 1934 Riley MPH in blue with racing number 6; Y-4 1930 Model J Duesenberg in green; Y-7 1912 Rolls Royce in yellow and black; Y-8 1945 MG-TC in green with racing number 3; Y-10 1906 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost in silver; Y-11 1938 Lagonda in cream and black; Y-14 1931 Stutz Bearcat in red and cream; Y-16 1928 Mercedes SS in white and black; and Y-17 1938 Hispano Suiza in pale blue. Each car is presented in its original gold-toned cardboard window box featuring the Matchbox logo and manufacturer details printed in English, French, and German on the reverse.

Condition report:
The die-cast models appear to be complete and in good condition within their packaging. The original boxes show signs of age and storage wear, including yellowing and light foxing to the cardboard surfaces. Several of the clear plastic windows exhibit crushing and indentations.
